在Space Yoga練習有一段時間了 ~~~

Anusara 派別開始練習時  , 都會先用梵文唱送一首歌 Invocation ~~

很喜歡這首歌 , 跟大家一起分享  ~~~

梵文翻成英文的部分 , 我覺得很感人~~~

 Each Anusara (yoga) classes begins with the chanting of this Anusara Invocation. Anusara (a-nu-sar-a),means "flowing with Grace," "going with the flow," "following your heart...
