瑜伽生理學─腺體簡介
一、 脈輪的作用:
根據瑜伽的學理,人體是由五大元素所組合成的,即以太、氣、火、水和土。並由身體中不同的脈輪(cakras )所支配。人體身體內的七個脈輪,分別控制著身體的某個特殊部位和某些內分泌腺 體。

自從 2009 /8/1 開始,每週日 南下台中,參加體能活力瑜珈 - RTY 200 師資課程。至今,剩下兩堂課了,也應該做總檢討,作為自己瑜珈路上的自我省思和分享囉 ~~

在林老師的課程設計下,學到很多瑜珈帶課的方法、要領和技巧。但個人覺得,這一次的RTY 200 師資課程,和同學的彼此交流和課程互動上,所得到的經驗和心得更多。這一班的同學,大部分是瑜珈老師,只有我、Grace和Jolin 同學不是而已,對我們來說,這是個很難得的學習環境,學到的機會就更多了,很開心。 PurpleRay 發表在 痞客邦 留言(3) 人氣(2,192)
